The best multi-site operators are built, not bought.

Every great chain, multi-academy trust and care group we work with started with one site, one founder, and a spreadsheet. We've watched too many of them outgrow the spreadsheet, paper over it with manual processes, and inherit a procurement mess by site five that takes years to untangle.

The Startup Program puts the foundations in before the chaos. If you build with PurchaseFlow from your first site, the systems scale with you — instead of being something you have to migrate to later. We back you on the way up; you grow with us as you scale.

How is "free" actually free?

No card on file, no auto-billing, no hidden site-limits. You get the full platform on up to two sites for 12 months. The only thing we ask in return is that you actually use it and give us honest feedback.

What happens after 12 months?

We sit down together and look at where you are. If you're still scaling and the fit's good, we talk extension. If you've grown past the program (which is the plan), we transition you to a paid tier at the per-site rate locked on your apply day — usually Growth.

Why limited spaces?

We commit real time to every program customer — onboarding, quarterly sessions, roadmap input. We can only do that well for a handful of operators per quarter. Better to do it properly than dilute it.

What happens if I add a third site during the 12 months?

The Startup Program covers your first two sites only. When you add the third site, you'd graduate to a paid tier at the locked per-site rate. You'd typically move to Growth (5+ sites) once you cross that threshold; we'll talk you through the right shape.

Can I apply if I'm pre-revenue or pre-launch?

No — you need at least one operating site for the platform to make sense. If you're pre-launch, drop us a note anyway; we'll keep you in mind for the next cohort.

Can I use it for free indefinitely if I never add a third site?

No — the 12-month review is a real review. If you're not scaling and we're not driving value for you, the program isn't right for either of us and we'll talk about transitioning to a paid tier or winding down.
